Recreational Therapy

About

Classes and instruction are tailored to those with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Recreational therapy has been shown to help therapy clients increase self-confidence and reach their goals, such as improving flexibility, gross motor skills, balance, strength, coordination, and social skills, all while having fun!

Check out the Seasonal Guides above for membership discounts and family rates!

The Central Florida Dreamplex is an approved provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) to be used towards membership and/or classes.
